Is this handicap accessible?

Yes

Why is there not a menu and when I go into the site I click on something like "coffee" or "lunch" and all it does is bring up a little google prompt with the word I clicked and when I click it the page takes me to pictures of coffees or lunches

The menue changes at hillside depending on what is made fresh each day. they always have homemade donuts fresh coffee along with sandwiches oatmeal and fresh fruit on the menue. Totally worth the trip.

Has hillside always closed at 10 pm on friday

There's valet parking for that plaza, but no, you dont (although it is very packed most of the times).
